Support'ed believe in community. Our growth and development has been born out of a passion to provide services rooted in the key values of respect, trust, transparency, citizenship and togetherness.
All our services use a relationship based model of support. Support'ed view the development of 'real and meaningful relationships' as a strategic and powerful resource. People are kept safe by being in relationships with people who care deeply about them.
Central to this relational commitment is a comprehensive understanding of attachment and actions informed by this understanding. This belief is fluid throughout all aspects of the organisation and at every level.
